Pole dancers always long for two things.
1. Flexibility
2. More flexibility
In order to pull off crazy tricks, flexibility is trained throughout the journey. Some starts slow, some came with splits, some can't bend, some are balls and a lot stiff as rock(or even as metal)
I'm one of the slow progress people and I always can't see any improvements and I feel so bad about myself. I always blame God for giving me such stiff body. It's actually ME who decides how far I can go by how much effort I pay.
Practice and practice and practice and breathe and go deeper and hold and more practice makes perfect. Love your body, treat it well and one day you'll see how much improvement you have got.
